| 摘 要： | 连云港处于跨越式发展的重阶段，连云港文化产业的发展必将带动其他产业的迅速发展，推动产业结构调整与发展方式的转型。文化产业既具有产业经济的物质特性，又具有意识形态属性，这决定了文化产业的发展需要由社会主义核心价值体系来引领，保证文化产业循着正确的方向健康快速发展。我们从正确理解把握社会主义核心价值体系的内涵出发，从了解掌握文化产业的特性和发展过程入手，用社会主义核心价值体系引领连云港文化产业以内容创新为基础，以提升连云港文化产业核心竞争力为目标，以连云港文化产业发展流程为载体，始终坚持精神效益与市场利益的统一、道德建设与商业运作的统一、政治方向与价值取向的统一，实现文化产业快速而健康的发展。
