| 摘 要： | 高职院校档案服务地方发展不仅具有必然性、可能性，还具有可行性。文章从国家法律的规定和关注民生的要求两方面探讨了其必然性，从高职档案的性质和管理内容两方面探讨了其可能性，从人员素质、编研工作、宣传手段和培养人才等方面探讨了其可行性。
