| 摘 要： | 我国素质教育政策体系的形成有着不同于其他教育政策的特殊之处。这些特殊之处一方面折射出素质教育政策制定过程中的一些问题,另一方面也引发了素质教育政策体系目标、内容的系列问题。因此,一方面需要对素质教育政策内容做出适当调整,另一方面要着力完善素质教育的政策体系。

| Abstract: | Different from other educational policies, the formation of the policy system of quality education in our country has its special characteristics, which, on the one hand, reflect some problems existing in the process of stipulating quality educational policies, and on the other hand have initiated a series of problems in the quality educational policy system and content. Therefore, we should make some adjustments to the quality education policies and at the same time endeavor to improve the quality educational policy system. |
