内部收益率在房地产项目投资中的运用

摘    要:科学的项目评价方法极为重要。内部收益率法以财务净现值为重要支持基础,是项目评价和项目决策最重要的评价方法之一。从内部收益率的特征出发,分析内部收益率法在房地产项目评估和投资方案选择中的重要作用,并进一步对资本金内部收益率的影响因素进行了定量分析,这对目前高度依赖银行融资的房地产投资商进行项目评估具有较为重要的理论和现实意义。
