| 摘 要： | 以人为终极关怀不仅是当代马克思主义哲学作为时代精神的精华，而且融汇了中、西、马哲学中的基本精神。以人为终极关怀的哲学新形态表现为：人是现实生活过程的主体，是现实的个人；实践是人的自然结构与社会结构、人的物质生活与精神生活相统一的基础；以人为终极关怀就是以实践的唯物主义为基础建构的终极理想价值。
