| 摘 要： | 教育是一个民族进步和发展的基础,是提高全民族整体素质和创造能力的根本途径。实施素质教育,就是要全面贯彻党的教育方针,以提高国民素质为根本宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,以思想道德素质教育为首要任务。“三个代表”重要思想是新时期实施素质教育的指导方针。实施素质教育,是实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的需要。

| Abstract: | Education is the base of a nations improvement and development.It's the essential way to enhance the whole national diathesis and innovation ability.Implement diathesis education is to carry out Communist Party's educational principles,focus on improving people's quality and base on national quality improvement to cultivate students' innovation spirit and practical ability.The important thought of "Three representatives" is the guideline of quality education at present.Carrying out quality education is the requirement of building a welloff society in an all-round way. |
