| 摘 要： | 目前,我国职业教育师资队伍建设在规模、素质和结构、培养体系和聘用制度等方面还存在诸多问题,不能适应新时期职业教育发展的要求。为建立符合现代职业教育体系建设要求的师资队伍,我国应进一步重视职业技术师范院校建设,制定体现职业教育特点的教师质量标准,加快人事分配制度改革,加强职教师资培养模式创新和兼职教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of teaching staff of vocational education faced with various problems in the aspects of scale,quality and structure,cultivation system and appointment system,which can’t adapt to the requirement of vocational education development.In order to build the teaching staff that adapt to the construction of modern vocational education system,the following measures can be taken: attach importance to the construction of vocational and technical teachers’ colleges,formulate quality standard for teachers with vocational education characteristics,accelerate the reform of teachers’ collocation system,strengthen the innovation of teachers’ cultivation models and construction of part-time teachers. |
