| 摘 要： | 吸收能力是组织对外部知识的获得、消化、转移和开发以用于产品创新和技术的能力,是企业获取动态竞争优势的重要源泉。本文在对国内外相关文献进行整理的基础上,对吸收能力概念、维度及影响因素等方面进行了全面地梳理,并对未来进一步研究提出展望。
