| 摘 要： | 随着社会发展和高等教育大众化时代的到来，高校学生档案工作出现了许多新问题，需要我们结合工作实际加以研究，制定对策。全文从档案管理意识、工作理念、队伍建设、管理创新等方面对高校学生档案管理工作的现代化问题进行阐述。
