| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育体制改革的深化，高校决策权随之扩大，高校的改革和发展对教育决策提出了新的要求。但与时代的要求相比，现阶段高校教育决策还存在一些问题。章最后提出了促进完善高等教育决策科学化的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education system reform,the colleges' decision-making power has been extended,and their reform and development make a new challenge to the educational policy-making. Nevertheless,compared with the demands of the ages,there exist many problems in the educational policy-making of the higher institutions.The author,at the end,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion to improve the scientifiction of the colleges' educational policy-making. |
