| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生档案是学生步入社会后建立完善人事档案的重要基础,因此提高毕业生档案意识尤为重要。对毕业生的诚信教育、心理健康教育及各大院校对学生档案的管理体制进行深入改革强化,可明显提高毕业生的档案保存意识,同时对学生在日后工作学习中起到自我监督、规范行为的作用,从而使学生个人档案的建立达到完善,能够明显提高国家人事档案的存储效率。

| Abstract: | Archives of college graduates are the important foundation for improving the personnel files after students enter the society.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve graduates'awareness of archives.The deepening reform and strengthening of the integrity education of graduates,mental health education and the management system of the college students'archives can obviously improve the consciousness of the archival preservation of the graduates.At the same time,it also plays the role of self supervision and standard behavior for the students in their work and study in the future,so that the establishment of the students'personal files can be achieved.Kindness can obviously improve the storage efficiency of national personnel files. |
