海拔1773~2502 m交叉训练对男子中长跑运动员尿蛋白指标及成绩影响的探讨

摘    要:运用PRO(尿蛋白)指标系统跟踪12名、世居平原男子中长跑运动员为期6周、海拔1773—2502m高原交叉训练的全过程,研究不同高度的高原交叉训练对男子中长跑运动员训练后与次日晨UTP(尿总蛋白)浓度、夜尿蛋白排泄总量及运动水平的影响。研究发现:1)交叉训练初始2周,运动员运动水平比平原低,但UTP浓度与夜尿蛋白排泄总量均比平原显著提高。2)从1773m上到2100m,PRO指标变化不明显。3)从1773m到2502m的交叉,高原环境对运动员机体刺激深刻,PRO指标变化显著。但通过交叉训练,运动员不但能够完全适应,而且运动水平明显提高。

Abstract:It selects PRO index to supervise the whole course of which twelve male mid-long athletes who are living in plains for a long time accept six-week alternative training between 1773 m and 2502 m above sea level, and mainly studies the influence of the alternative training on the density of UTP after training and in the next morning and the total excretion of PRO in a night and the sport results. The result is: 1) in the first two weeks of the alternative training, the athletic sport ability is lower than in the plains, but the UTP and the excretion of PRO in a night are markedly higher than in the plains. 2) Although the altitude rises from 1773 m to 2100 m, the PRO indexes don not clearly increase. 3) With the alternation of altitude from 1773 m to 2502 m, the altitude surrounding have an intensive effect on athletes can not only adapt the altitude surrounding but also improve obviously their sport results.
