| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来，社会对人才的要求已突破传统的观念。我们所处的时代和社会的发展要求现代人必须具备终身学习的理念并付诸实践。科学技术的迅猛发展不但对现代人提出了终身学习的要求而且为之创造了终身学习的条件。计算机技术和通信网络技术的融合催生了网络传播这种全新传播方式，这使得终身学习不再停留在口号阶段，而是可以实践并可以从中找到自我价值重要途径。作为未来社会发展强有力的人力资源--大学生，更是要树立终身学习的理念，培养终身学习的能力，努力适应社会的发展。
