摘    要:双语教师队伍建设是西藏双语教育质量的决定性因素,对西藏双语教育事业的可持续发展具有深远的影响。通过对西藏基础教育阶段双语教师的调查发现,新时期西藏双语教学师资队伍总体上处于良好水平,能够较好地适应西藏双语教育分发展,但是仍然存在结构不完善、身份认同感危机、自主发展意愿较弱、专业化发展水平偏低、双语师范生培养和双语教师在职培训体系有待强化等问题,进而从宏观制度和微观教师个体层面提出加强制度建设、完善培养培训一体化模式、提升教师专业化发展、明确准入门槛、增强身份认同感和自主发展的主观能动性等加强西藏双语教学师资队伍建设的策略。

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Bilingual Teaching Faculty in Tibet

Abstract:The construction of bilingual teachers is the decisive factor in the quality of bilingual education in Tibet,which has a profound impact on the sustainable development of bilingual education in Tibet. Through the investigation of bilingual teachers in the stage of basic education in Tibet,it is found that the bilingual teaching teachers in Tibet are generally at a good level and can adapt to the sub-development of bilingual education in Tibet,but there are still some problems,such as imperfect structure,crisis of identity,weak willingness to develop independently,low level of professional development,training of bilingual normal school students and on-the-job training system of bilingual teachers to be strengthened. Furthermore,from the macro system and the individual level of micro teachers,this paper puts forward some strategies to strengthen the construction of bilingual teaching teachers in Tibet,such as strengthening the system construction,perfecting the integrated mode of training and training,promoting the professional development of teachers,defining the entry threshold,enhancing the sense of identity and the subjective initiative of independent development.
