| Abstract: | As a result of the integration of patents and national drug standards which creates barriers to the entry of some gen eric drugs into markets,there have bee n calls for applying the FRAND rule to drug standard patents,and controversy over the issue has arisen in domestic academic circle.In light of this,it warrants our efforts to analyze the legal relationship between the FRAND rule and drug standard patents. |
