| 摘 要： | 【目的】 期刊是专业领域学术成果的主要载体，了解科研人员对数据开放共享的意愿和诉求，对于期刊制定合适的数据开放政策有较好的参考价值。【方法】 通过问卷研究国内218位作者关于期刊数据共享政策与投稿意愿的数据，分析期刊科学数据共享政策对作者投稿意愿的影响。【结果】 结果表明因期刊实施的数据提交政策或数据共享政策而影响继续投稿意愿的样本分别占调查总人数的34%和42%。【结论】 完善共享的前提条件、共享和传播的范围、获取途径、共享的数据类型、共享后数据所有权及知识产权政策，有助于促进国内作者改变对共享数据的看法，推动科学数据的共享进程。

| Abstract: | Journals are the main carrier of academic achievements in professional field, and it is one of the important ways to obtain scientific data. Based on the data of 218 domestic authors, the paper studies the impact of the research data sharing policy on the author''s willingness to share their research data. The results show that about 34% and 42% of the authors will be influenced by the data submission and data sharing policies of the journals. Sharing conditions, sharing and dissemination of the scope, access and sharing of data types, data sharing and ownership of intellectual property policy will contribute to the promotion of the domestic data sharing and the process of sharing scientific data. |
