| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价作为一种新的计价模式,已经应用到全部或部分使用国有资金投资的大中型建设工程,工程量清单计价模式下的合同管理在工程建设占有重要地位,从系统的角度对其进行阐述,得出了工程量清单是订立合同的核心的结论,全面、准确和规范的工程量清单将有利于工程合同管理,也有利于发包人对工程系统目标的控制。

| Abstract: | Bill of quantities valuation as a new valuation model has been applied to the big scale and medium scale construction projects,which adopt partial or total state property.Contract administration under the bill of quantities valuation model plays a major role in engineering construction.The article describes it from systematical angle and comes to a conclusion that bill of quantities is the core of making a contract,therefore,a bill of quantities which is comprehensive,accurate and normative can not only facilitate administration of engineering contract but also can facilitate control of engineering system object by the party issuing contract. |
