| 摘 要： | 近10年,高校举重债办学,在一定意义上支撑着高校扩招,使我国高等教育在短时间内实现了由精英教育向大众教育的过渡.但是,由于高校贷款扩张速度快,数额大,涉及面大,债务重,不仅影响到高校自身的可持续健康发展,而且将影响到我国和谐社会构建的大局,需要高度重视.从债务负担、社会根源、法律政策、解决对策等多维视角透视高校贷款问题,求得广泛社会共识,并最终推动问题的妥善解决,是教育和谐发展乃至社会和谐发展之必须.

| Abstract: | Over the past ten years universties have got into debt for their school-running,which in a sense supports the universties' expansion,leading to the transition of our national higher education from flower education to common education.However,owing to the rapid speed,the large amount,the wide coverage,and the heavy debt of the university loans expansion,it will not only influnce the sustained and sound development of the university themselves,but also will affect the overall situation of our constructing harmonious society.Therefore,we should attach great importance to seeing through the problems of university loans from different angles of view,such as the debt burden,social origin,law policies,countermeasures,and so on to seek common understanding and in the end push forward the problems to be solved,which is necessary for the harmonious development of education and the harmonious development of society. |
