| 摘 要： | 管理会计的发展，大大丰富了会计科学的内容，改变了人们的会计理念，但从我国企业的应用情况，效果并不十分理想，本针对这一情况，具体阐述了目前我国企业管理会计应用中存在的问题，并从应用层面、理论层面提出一些改进措施。
