| Abstract: | This article proposes a standard for evaluating the implementations of web - based courses. The standard includes fifteen items falling into four basie dimensions: learning resources, instructors, learning and teaching processes, and quality monitoring. This standard can be used to help the quality assurance and evaluation of web-based courses. |
