| 摘 要： | 课程实践是整个法学专业教学过程的重要组成部分．旨在培养学生的创新意识和实践能力．是实现专业培养目标的重要环节。本文分析了法学专业开展课程实践的必要性，提出了法学专业多元式课程实践模式基本框架，列举了进行课程实践的具体方式．如开展模拟法庭、法院旁听、案例讨论、专题讨论、社会调查、法律宣传、法律咨询等丰富多彩、形式多样的课程实践活动。认为实践教学能够使学生的实务处理能力、团队合作能力、学习技能、自主学习能力得到提高。

| Abstract: | Practical education is an important component in the teaching process of law major. It is the key link of law major's educational goal, which aims to develop the innovative awareness and practical ability of students. How to carry out practical e ducation is an important project which we should research into nowadays. This article analyzed the necessity of carrying out practical education in law major, proposed the basic framework of the plural mode of practical education in law major and listed some concrete method of carrying out practical education, for instance: stimulated court, audit a court, case discussion, seminar, social investigation, legal propaganda, legal consultation and so on. This article also indicated that practical education can improve students' practical ability, cooperative spirit, study ability and self-study ability and some problems we came across in the process of practical education. |
