| 摘 要： | 本文在引入第三方物流概念的基础上，提出了第三方物流业务整合与功能整合这两种整合方式。而第三方物流的整合效应的发挥，减少了物流环节。降低了物流成本，给参与物流整合的各方提供了进一步提高利润率的空间。在此基础之上，本文从数量上探讨了参与利润分配的物流供应方、最终客户和第三方物流企业分配到利润的情况。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of the third-party logistics, this paper brings forward two ways for the conformity of the third-party logistics: the operation conformity and the function conformity. With the conformity of the third-party logistics, the logistics process is predigested and the logistics cost is reduced; therefore, each party in this conformity is provided more space to improve the profit margin. On this foundation, the paper discusses the profit distribution among the logistics suppliers, the terminal clients, and the third-party logistics enterprises at the aspect of quantity. |
