| 摘 要： | 班级管理是学校管理的基础 ,也是学校文化建设的重要环节。职业院校班级管理的重点是以知识、技能、态度的同步发展为切入点 ,以师生的情意沟通为纽带 ,通过思想引导、组织管理、学习监督和生活服务 ,努力构建一个立体交叉的管理体系。做一个出色的班主任 ,必须在思想道德素质和人文素养方面、与学生平等互信关系的建立和工作计划制定方面以及班级管理的艺术性方面增强岗位适应 ,以实现学生综合素质的有效提高

| Abstract: | Class management is not only the basis of school management but also an important link to school culture construction. The key to class management of vocational colleges is to establish an interacted managing system by ideological guide, organizing management, study supervision and daily life service, such a system is based on synchronous development of knowledge, skill and attitude, and it is also linked by friendly relationship between teachers and students. In order to improve students' general accomplishment, an excellent teacher in charge of class must be very adaptable in extending his or her own accomplishment of ideological morality and humanity, in establishing the teacher-student relationship of equality and mutual trust, in making work schedule and in the art of class management. |
