| 摘 要： | 素质教育作为一种全新的教育理念和人才培养机制，主要目的在于积极转换教育理念与人才观念，不断完善人才培养机制，最终实现知识背景交叉化、综合能力现代化和个人素质全面化的人才培养目标。法学教育中的素质教育是指以培养学生的职业品质为核心的教育模式，如何进一步加强素质教育对法学教育改革的引领作用，是法学界与教育界面临的共同课题。

| Abstract: | As a brand-new educational ideation and talent-cultivating mechanism, quality education has as its main goal the positive transformation of educational ideation and talent-cultivating view, and the gradual perfection of talent-cultivating mechanism, thus achieving the purpose of cultivating talents with intersecting knowledge backgrounds, modernized comprehensive abilities and all-round individual qualities. The quality education in the field of law education refers to the educational patterns centering round the cultivation of students' professional virtues. The common issue confronting both fields of law and education is how to further strengthen the guiding function of quality education in the field of education. |
