| 摘 要： | 在对质量管理和软件质量控制的概念以及软件质量控制参数和软件缺陷具体分析基础上,系统论述了软件质量控制需要注意的问题和软件缺陷产生的原因,提出软件开发过程质量标准设计,就如何建立质量评估模型引入比较矩阵。通过研究软件工程项目开发的质量控制模型,使软件项目管理变得有效而实际。
