| Abstract: | Comparing to the multiple economy structures in the East developed provinces, the chief reason why Shaanxi is lagged behind is its single economy structure, high proportion of national economy, and thus low proportion of non-national economy like individual, privately-owned, foreign enterprises. Only when the gap is bridged can Shaanxi leap forward. |
