| 摘 要： | 人文素质的结构在当代发生了重要的转移，突出体现为由传统的神性的人（德性的人）、智性的人（知识性的人）、社会性的人向生命意义上的人转移。这种转移对体育的本质发生了根本性影响，体育由竞技性体育、社会化或产业化体育，回归到生命和生活中，这样体育教育的本质也回归到人的体质的增强，身体的健康和体育素质的提高等方面来。

| Abstract: | At present times the structure of humanistic qualities shifts significantly from the traditional man of virtue, the intellectual man, the socialized man to the man who has vitality. Such shift has fundamental impact on the nature physical education. Physical education returns to life and living from competitive sports, socialized or industry-oriented sports so that it can improve man＇s physical strength, physical health and the quality of physical education. |
