| 摘 要： | 高校综合性学报的基本性质是学术性、综合性和高校性。在高校学报改革和发展的过程中，要用发展的眼光来看待其本质特征：突破其内向性，不仅有利于高校自身的学科建设，而且有助于高校学报办刊质量的提高；在保持综合性的前提下，应尽力探索一些特色化和专业化的路子；在正确认识高校学报价值属性的基础上，努力提高办刊水平。以此来把握我国高校学报改革和发展的方向和思路，提高我国高校学报的整体质量。

| Abstract: | The basic natures of a comprehensive journal of a higher learning institution are academic , comprehensive and of a higher learning institution, which must be viewed in the light of development in the course of reform and development of a journal: to break through the publication proportion limit of contributions from non-sponsor-institutions, which not only benefits the sponsor-institution's own discipline development but conduces to the journal' s quality enhancement, to explore ways for becoming u-nique and special on the premise of maintaining its comprehensiveness, and to enhance the journal' s operation on the basis of a correct understanding of the journal' s value property. |
