| 摘 要： | 主体间性教育是近几年来我国主体性教育理论研究的新的生长点,主体间性的提出,解决了主体性教育的困境,为我们理解师生关系提供了新的视角。本文对从主体间性的哲学意蕴出发,分析了主体间性视角下的师生关系,特别是提出了在主体间性教育理论下教师角色的重塑:与学生在互为主体中平等对话,与学生在相互尊重中相互欣赏,与学生在相互理解中共同发展。这应该成为当代教师在师生关系上的价值追求,同时也是教育应该追求的理想。
