| 摘 要： | 以提高健美操教学质量为研究目的,认为健美操音乐具有激发健美操创编灵感的启发功能、为健美操动作变化提供发展空间的扩展功能和突出健美操动作风格的强化功能等深层次功能;健美操音乐通过音乐旋律的形象化、音乐旋律的节奏化等方式对健美操动作进行了多维调节;健美操音乐的选配原则包括保持音乐风格与动作风格的一致性、保持音乐节奏与动作节奏的协调性等。力图为体育院校的健美操教学及比赛提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Aiming at improving the teaching quality of aerobics,this paper elaborates that aerobics music can stimulate the creating inspiration of aerobics,provide developmental space for action change of aerobics and perform action style of aerobics.By the visualization and rhythmization of musical rhythm,aerobics music can regulate aerobics actions in many dimensionalities.The choice rule of aerobics music includes the consistency of the style of music and action and the compatibility of the rhythm of music and action.This article attempts to provide the beneficial reference for aerobics teaching and competition of P.E.College. |
