| 摘 要： | 刀耕火种是农业发展历程中的一种重要经济文化类型，虽然随着农业生产力的提高而逐渐被替代，但是在我国西南少数民族地区，这种耕作方式至今仍然存在。本文拟对云南少数民族地区刀耕火种的研究，辐射整个西南少数民族地区，以自然科学与民族学／人类学相结合的视野，谈谈如何正确认识和处理刀耕火种与生态环境保护及农业的可持续发展的关系，探索在现代农业耕作技术推广普及环境下的刀耕火种的替代农业形式。

Think on the Vicissitude of Economical and Cultural Type in Southwest Ethnic Minorities Area--Take the slash-and-bura cultivation agriculture in Yunnan ethnic minorities for instance |

| Abstract: | The slash-and-burn cultivation is an important economical and cultural type in the history of agricultural developaent, although it is gradually substituted along with the agricultural productive forces enhancement, it still exists in the ethnic minorities area in the southwest China.This article will take the research of slash-and-burn cultivation in Yunnan ethnic minorities area as a microcosm of the entire southwest ethnic minorities area, from the point of the combination of natural science and the ethnology/anthropology, and discuss bow to identify and deal with the relationship among slash-and-burn cultivation and the ecological environment protection and the agricultural sustainable development correctly, and explore the substitutional agriculture form for the slash-and-burn cultivation under the promotion of modern agriculture culivation technology. |
