| 摘 要： | 分析了信息社会新经济的主要特点及其对职业技术教育的影响，提出职业教育改革的方向：以学习者为中心实行弹性的学习制度；从早期的着重培养岗位专项能力转变为面向一个职业群，并通过培养适应新经济需要的基础能力和关键能力来提高学习者的职业适应能力。在新情况下，能力本位原则仍然要坚持，但职业适应能力的内涵发生了很大变化，据此就某些对能力本位的误解作以说明。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the main characteristics of new economy in information society,expounds the influence of these characteristics on vocational and technical education,sets forth the direction to re-form vocational education,points out that we should insist on the ability-based principle under new situ-ation,but the intension of professional adaptability has changed alot.So the article explains the misun-derstanding about ability-based principle. |
