| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化、教育国际化、全球范围内人才竞争日趋激烈的背景下，了解发达国家高等学校人力资源管理的情况，分析别国高等学校人力资源管理模式的特点，结合我国的具体情况和发展趋势，借鉴发达国家在高等学校人力资源管理的先进经验，从而完善我国高等学校人力资源管理制度，提高人力资源管理的水平和效能。
