| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the importance of labor union work innovation of public service units in the new situation, interprets the current problems in labor union work of public service units, and based on this, elaborates several measures of enhancing the labor union work of public service units in the new situation. The aim of this paper is to enhance the understanding of labor union work in public service units, and provide certain referential ma-terials for relevant researches, so as to improve the effectiveness of labor union work in the new situation. |
