| 摘 要： | 纵观我国英语教学，在从传统教学向新课改转变的过程中，教学效果有了显著的提高，然而，在全国新课程实施如火如荼进行的同时，农村和边远地区的英语教学却遭遇着不少困难，以至新课程无法有效实施。利用假期搜集了湖南省城步苗族自治县小学英语课程实施的相关材料，进行了个体调查，对其教改中出现问题的原因作了粗浅的探究。

| Abstract: | Over viewing the teaching of English in our country, with the transform from the traditional teaching to the new curriculum reform, teaching effects have been improved obviously, however, while this reform has been being carried out on a large scale, some remote and suburb areas are confronted kinds of obstacles so that the new curriculum can not be implemented smoothly, and the result of offering English class is far from expected. After in -depth researches and personal survey in the hometown county during the vacation, the author find that the major factors caused this phenomenon are teachers＇ education and qualification, educational finance, instructional design, school facilities and so on. |
