| 摘 要： | 近几年来,山东省科学院与国内外各科研院校开展了广泛、紧密、高起点、多形式、全方位的科技交流与合作。为了配合这种科研合作,科研管理部门展开了一系列的科研管理改革、自主创新、积极探索,也为成果的快速转化起到了很重要的作用。
