| 摘 要： | 弱势群体问题是构建和谐社会必须关注的重大问题之一。文章对弱势群体内涵、构成和特征进行了科学的界定和说明,并强调弱势群体的形成与我国经济转轨和社会结构转型的特殊历史背景相联系,在此基础上进一步提出了解决弱势群体问题的相关对策措施。

| Abstract: | The question of disadvantaged groups is one of the important issues that the harmonious society must pay close attention to.The article has carried on scientific definition and explanation to intension,forming and characteristic of disadvantaged groups,and emphasize it contacts with special historical background of the social structure makes the transition and the forming economy of our country,have proposed the measures of solving the problem of disadvantaged groups further on this basis. |
