| 摘 要： | 主要依据班杜拉社会学习理论，选取大二学生为主体并构造榜样信息进行观察学习的实验研究。结果表明，处于观察学习环境的用户能够从外界环境获取信息进行学习，其替代性强化学习特征明显；在参考榜样信息的基础上，用户同时也依据自身检索结果调整检索策略，以尽快学会最优的检索策略。此外，场依存用户相比较更容易吸收外界干预信息进行学习，场独立用户则更倾向于重视自身经验进行学习。此研究可为有针对性地对不同学习者设计帮助系统提供参考。
