| 摘 要： | 认为区域图书馆整体协同发展是由以单个图书馆为中心的视点向区域图书馆整体发展的思维变化，是将以往从具体的单个图书馆系统研究转到区域整体图书馆系统的研究上。区域图书馆整体协同发展不仅是一种新的图书馆发展观念，也是一个区域图书馆系统结构逐渐变化的过程。着眼于区域图书馆整体协同关系的建立，从协同视角探析影响区域图书馆整体协同发展的因素。
