| 摘 要： | 吸收外商直接投资，是我国对外开放基本国策的重要组成部分。改革二十余年，我国利用外商直接投资的历程大体可划分为起步、持续发展、高速增长、调整与提高四个阶段。外商直接投资对我国经济增长、知识和技术外溢、贸易收支和产业成长产生了明显效应。在经济全球化与入世大背景下，中国利用外商直接投资的政策与战略应作如下调整：完善市场经济制度，优化投资环境；确立“自立发展模式”；创新引资方式；注重利用跨国公司并购。

| Abstract: | It's an important componet part of the basic national policy of the opening to the world to make use of foreign capital direct investm ent. The course of making use of foreign capital for direct investment in China can be divided into 4 steps start,continuous development, high speed on the incl ease and adjustment. The inclease of national economy, the exportation of the re venue and expenditur and the industrial are abviously influenced by direct forei gn capital investment. On the huge background of globlization and China had beco me one of the members of WTO,the national policy and strategy of making use of f oreign capital for dicect investment should be adjusted as follows:the rules and laws of market economy and environment of investment should be perfected futher ;self-development pattern should be established;to bring forth new ideas about the way of making use for foreign capital and pay attention to make use for chan ce of small firms being swallowed up by transnational corporation; |
