摘    要:本文通过对孔组轴线间的位置误差的控制项目、公差值计算和在生产实际中,对其公差带形状的要求等几个方面进行分析,得出用位置度公差控制孔组轴线间的位置误差,是既经济又合理的选择,在生产实际中有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In the practice of mechanical prc duction.parts with hole axes are not uncommon. With an attempt to ensure the assemblage of a set of parts,designers often ignore the choice of items for control of positional error between hole axes so as to mistake the choice If size tolerance for the most economical and reasonable. This may result in an exclusion of qualified parts as waste products during delivery check,leading a striking loss of economy in manufacture. Starting with the common methods If positional error control between hole axes and usual distribution and formation of hole axes,this paper compares and analyzes in combination with design requirements the tolerance zone shapes resulting from these control methods,based on the calculation of tolerance values. It is concluded that application of positional tolerance to the control If positional error between hole axes would be the most reasonable and economical.and instructive in the practical production process.
