| 摘 要： | 近年来,电子商务网站背景中数据信息侵权和反侵权问题影响着电子商务健康发展,为此,对完全信息下无管辖权争议的电子商务网站背景中数据信息侵权和反侵权策略问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了相关假设,并运用博弈论进行了模型的构建、求解与分析,得出了一些有意义的结论,并运用案例对结果进行了验证,最后给出了本研究的实际意义并提出未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the problem of data infringement and anti-infringement under non-jurisdiction disputation influenced the development of EC.This paper explores tactics choices of data infringement and anti-infringement under non-jurisdiction disputation in perfect information.Then,the paper gives some assumptions,and sets up a model based on game theory.The paper draws some interesting conclusions and demonstrates them by cases study.Finally,the paper presents the practical value of the research and points out its future research orientation. |
