| 摘 要： | 目前．网络已成为大学生获取知识和信息的重要渠道，对大学生的学习、生活、思想都产生了深刻的影响和冲击。面对这种现状，高校应该加强对网络应用的研究、开发和管理，争取通过积极的方式去引导、调整和规范大学生的网络行为和道德，塑造大学生健全、高尚的思想品格。

| Abstract: | At present,the network has been an important channel for the college students to obtain knowledge and affects and impacts the student's study,life and thought.Facing this condition,the colleges and universities should actively study,develop and manage the application of network;through the active mode,lead,regulate and normalize the student's network behave and morality,mold the students' sound and noble thinking character. |
