| 摘 要： | 美国的护理教育的发展已构建起一个由低级到高级;从应用型培养到研究型培养的完整体系。中国的医护教育面临诸多问题:如教学设计安排不当;培养目标偏失;基础薄弱且扩张过快等。美国先进的护理教育体系在课程体系、教学监控及其评价方式等方面具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The nursing educational development of the United States has already set up a complete system which the low class rised the high class,and the application type developed the research.Nursing education in china faces many problems: teaching design arrangement is not appropriate;cultivation target is partial to lose;foundation is weak and expanding quick etc.American advaced nursing education system posses enlightenment and mirror significance in course system,teaching monitoring and it's evaluation mode. |
