| 摘 要： | “以学生为本”的学生观在教育工作者中已形成共识。但对于这种学生观在实际工作中得以实现,却任重道远。能够真正做到尊重与信任、民主与平等、沟通与关爱、理解与宽容、启发与激励、对话与商谈才能实现“以学生为本”。

| Abstract: | Educators have the same opinion on the student outlook to "student first".It's hard to realize it in actual work.In order to realize the student outlook to student first,the following aspects should be noticed: respect and belief,democracy and fair,communication and care,understanding and leniency,enlightenment and encouragement,dialogue and negotiation. |
