| 摘 要： | 北京大学、清华大学自主招生是在高考基础上进行自主选拔、综合评价、降分录取的招生模式,它适应了建设一流大学和培养创新人才的要求,为全面发展或具有特长的考生提供了更多的入学选择机会。两校自主选拔竞争激烈,招生范围逐年扩大,取得了一定的成效,但也存在操作复杂、成本高、忽视弱势阶层考生、特长生优势不显著等不足,需要进一步改革与完善其选拔机制。

| Abstract: | In Peking University and Qinghua University, Independent Recruitment is a mode of recruitment based on the College Entrance Examination, carrying out independent selection, comprehensive evaluation and recruitment by reducing in scores. It meets the demands for the construction of the first-rate university and cultivation of innovation talents. It gives more selective recruitment chances for the all-round development students or special skill students.In the two universities, the competition of independent selection is intense and the scope of recruitment is expanding year by year, achieving certain effect. But it also exists the weakness of complicated operation, high cost,neglecting weak class candidates and superiority of special skill students is not remarkable. It requires further reformation and improving selection system. |
