| 摘 要： | 以手机前翻盖为例,对使用UG Moldwizard自动设计注塑模具的过程和要点,以及应用UG CAM进行数控加工的方法和技术,进行了研究和探讨。设计出相应的注塑模具,介绍了模具的材料,并给出了模具的装配图。

| Abstract: | With front turning cover of mobile phone as an example,this paper introduces processes and highlights of auto-design for injection mold based on UG MoldWizard,and discusses NC programming technology based on UG CAM.Corresponding injection mold structure,materials for its principal parts,and assembly diagram are also presented. |
