| 摘 要： | 激昂、劲力、富有时代感的有氧搏击操是文明健康的运动项目。在增强大学生体质、塑造形体和防卫能力等方面都能发挥作用。根据调查，绍兴文理学院有89．2％的学生喜欢有氧搏击操。从这个侧面，可预测全国高校大多数学生是喜欢有氧搏击操的。笔者通过问卷调查法、资料分析法和专家访谈法对有氧搏击操本身的功能和各方面的关系及在我国高等院校的发展前景进行了分析，认为：有氧搏击操将会是新世纪大学体育课中的热门项目。

| Abstract: | Oxygen gym is a sport of health civilization ite m. At educating the university students to build up the physical quality,mold the body and feelings with the productive results. According to the investigatio n,there are 89.2% of the students like oxygen gym in our school. From this aspec t,we can predict that a majority of students in university will like oxygen gym, all rounds of the function of the oxygen gym,all round of the relationship all t he prospect in university in our country,based on polls analysis and face- to-face interview with writers,the writer thinks that oxygen gym will be a hot subject in P.E. lesson in university of the new century. |
