| 摘 要： | 随着民办高等教育的发展，传统的融资方式日见其弊，直接进入资本市场融资已经成为国际上一些高等教育机构的发展趋势。文章从大学制度的资源配置功能入手，探讨营利性大学产生的必然性．以及其与资本市场对接的可能性和现实条件。

| Abstract: | The article presents the global tendency of higher educational institutions' financing directly through the capital market with non-governmental higher education' s development. In the perspective of university resources allocation, it suggests the inevitability of establishing profitable colleges, the possibility and current conditions to be integrated into the capital market. |
