摘    要:营造和谐的师生关系,首先要求教师必须转变教育观念,教师不再是单纯的知识灌输者和解释者,而是学生学习的咨询者、督促者、组织者和合作者,主体参与强调学生是学习的主体,教师只有充分发挥主导作用,才能实现学生的主体作用.

Abstract:To cultivate harmonious student-teacher relationship,a teacher should change their teaching idea.A teacher is no longer a pure person who inculcates and explains something of knowledge,but students' consultant,supervisor,organizer and cooperator.Teachers can only make full use of their predominance to make students be the main body.
